Analogues of DIN 561:

GOST 1481-84 Set screws with a hexagonal head and a cylindrical end of accuracy classes A and B.
DIN 564 Locking bolt with reduced hexagonal head and tapered end.

Bolt with a reduced head and DIN 561 stud

Bolt with a reduced head and DIN 561 stud

The high-strength bolt/screw with a reduced hex head and a stud according to the German standard DIN-561 has the following main characteristics:

the shape of the bolt construction A (with a groove) and B (with escape and threading directly to the cap);
strength class of at least 8.8;
the material from which the product is made (steel 14N or 22N, steel with zinc coating, stainless steel A1-A5);
full thread from M6 to M56;
length from 12 to 300 (mm);
head height from 5 to 40 (mm).

The scope of application of such bolts (long threaded steel rods) is quite wide, because due to their design, as well as the ease of fastening, such bolts are often used for fastening and super-strong fixation of all kinds of nodes, structures and parts in all branches of construction and mechanical engineering. And the presence of a trunnion (cylindrical guide end on the bolt) allows you to significantly speed up and simplify installation in any situation. To increase the fastening strength, experts recommend using this fastener with nuts and washers of the appropriate size and quality. Another distinctive feature of this screw is its use as a locking fastener in some types of structures.

The main importers of these products to the Ukrainian market are Germany and Poland.
