Square nut with chamfer DIN 557 is used in mechanical engineering, instrumentation and other industries. Due to its square shape, this type of product does not allow the connection to scroll. To do this, insert it into a pre-prepared square groove that corresponds to the external parameters of the nut, which you can find on the website. It is mounted with studs, screws or bolts.
The nuts have accuracy class C. Stainless steel, steel with anti-corrosion coating (galvanized zinc) are available to order. They do not require special tools for installation.
