The DIN 929 hexagonal welded nut has a special fastening property, having three welded tabs. This not only improves the adhesion of the two surfaces to each other, but also welds DIN 929 nuts on components subject to high vibration.
The “welding” nut, as it is also called, is uncoated for a stronger nodal connection. You can purchase this metal product together with studs, bolts, and screws by ordering at https://www.eurobolt.com.ua. The DIN 929 nut is welded using arc welding or a spot condenser.
The material from which the welded nut is made:
carbon steel 0.4;
stainless steel A2-70, A2-80, A4-70, A4-80.
Areas of application for DIN 929 welded nuts:
agricultural engineering;
construction;
instrumentation.
