Hexagonal head screws (screws) DIN 571 are screws used for rigid wood materials and are therefore often referred to as one of the toughest non-industrial screws. They can be used to fasten dense lumber with other lumber or thin metals.
DIN 571 screws come in a variety of sizes. In addition to this, they have a coarse thread that does not run the entire length of the screw. It is recommended to use a nut to secure the mount.
Due to their large size and strength, DIN 571 screws are easy to use in heavy-duty applications.
Since this screw is available in stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel, it is able to withstand greater wear and tear as well as aggressive environments.

Analogs of DIN 571:

GOST 11473-75 – hexagonal head screws with a diameter of 6 to 20 mm.
