The DIN 7973 self-tapping steel screw has a semi-countersunk head with a straight slot, which is designed for fast installation and assembly.
The optimum combination of tapered thread parameters enables easy screwing of DIN 7973 into wooden and plastic parts without any preliminary preparation.
Analogous to DIN 7973:
ISO 1483 – screws with a semi-countersunk head and slot. Unlike DIN 7973, the screw head angle is 90°.
