Locking ring DIN 472 internal is used as a retainer for bushings, levers, bearings and other rotation mechanisms.
A positive feature of this fastener is its durability and reliability for a long time, as well as ease of dismantling. However, it should be noted that in the event of dismantling the DIN 472 inner ring, it becomes impossible to reuse it, as the hardware is deformed.
To install the DIN 472 locking ring, you need to grab the holes in the ears with special tongs (puller) and squeeze them slightly, after which the fastener is placed in the groove of the hole and released. Thus, the ring snaps into place and locks due to the spring-like properties of the material.
The DIN 472 locking ring is manufactured in accordance with GOST 13943-86 from spring steel with zinc-coated, phosphated coatings, as well as from bronze and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
Care must be taken when selecting the size of the DIN 472 ring, as the outer diameter is larger than the bore diameter.
